surprised at Ray buying some.
I am full of surprises. I didn't use mine for cutting pedestrians though, but I'm sure they would be good at that as they didn't have a rolled edge! :o

but theyre very flimsy, would probably just bend down. Some of you may not like the headlight peaks but at least you can take them off! I personally think they help finish the shape of the wing and of course redirect some scattered light when driving(although not a serious amount).

Well I had a couple that came with the car and put them on ebay and much to my amazement they went for almost £20.

I think they look great - they should be called "Fred Bassets" for that sleepy look!

Don't they slow the car down though? In the Supreme Small Car book there's a lot of information about racing Riley 1.5s and their cowled headlamps gooing up the aerodynamics, and they're so much smaller.

I didn't used to like them, but woke up one morning suddenly needing them

Seeing them on the blue saloon in the picture here has just sealed it

Graham, can I put myself down on your list please? I will have them if no-one else has got in first of course.

Cheers

Chaps and Chapesses,

there are 4 pairs on eBay now from the same seller, a business under "auto_cruise".

Do a search for "Morris eyebrows". Starting from 1p with £3.00 postage, I won a pair from them last night for £5.59 so eagerly await their arrival!
