Could anyone tell me what ratio diff a van should have as standard?

you wouldn't be the first person to do that. However you will also need to change the speedo. The easiest way is to get diff and speedo from a 1098 car.4.22 to 1 diff?
I guess it won't set off quite so eagerly but will rev less throughout the gears?
