I was in Maplin in Nowich last week they have little electric de-humidifiers (300ml/day) about the size of a wine box ( can't think what else to say) for £35. Good for the interior, perhaps.

Roger, was it 12v or 230v?

230 Volt I think - only gave it a quick glance

I run a 'dryroom' where we maintain the relative humidity at 1% !! Nothing rusts in there.

Incidentally, I've got the 10 quid Halfrauds fan heater here. It's got a thermostat and one power setting. Ceramic element. Seems to work okay, not staggeringly effective, neither is sit as bad as the EWT one it replaced (which is going to become a permanent garage fan).

It's made of pretty flimsy plastic though, I suspect that after a not-too-greater time I'll be replacing the on/off/fan switch with a new one.
