Speakers

Post by PaulJohnson »

Hello Everyone.

My Moggy has a Radio/Cassette player fitted in the glove compartment and 2 speakers fitted underneath.
I would like to wire up 2 more speakers in the back of the car.
The only problem is there`s not much room on the back parcel shelf.
Does anyone out there have 2 speakers in the back of there moggy, and if so where are they?.

On my long since gone saloon, I had them on the rear parcel shelf, behind the seats. There is room for some smallish speakers here. In my present car (convertible) I have mounted them in the trim panels by the side of the rear seat. Think where your knees are when sat in the back. However, this is a obviously a 2 door, in a 4 door this option is not easy, as you would have to route wires through the door. Both worked OK.
