Revs
What are the max revs for a 1098 in standard nick? This because I have fitted a rev counter, and it never gets past 4400 rpm. Which sound a tad low for me. It sort of feels if teh valves are bouncing. Is this normal? Not that I often get past 3500 rpm...

Thanks for the answers.
Kirstmin, I have placed my gauges in the door of the glove compartment. It is as easy as 1 2 3 to fit, my gauges (£30 each) came with clear instructions. The rev counter uses the coil to determine the revs.

Plus, he'd only got a temporary 1000 bumper blade on (you can tell as the overriders are in the wrong place! - they cover up the sidelights).
