No no, the garage is going to be kept clean and clear so I have room to work on my existing car. No more new projects for a long time.

There is a pitched roof so a huge loft space for storing things (but only the essentials and not junk!)

Hmmm, seriously considering building up a Honda B18 based chassis, uprated box and back diff....

Could be an interesting challenge...
