dust caps

help, not directly related to a morris but i need help!

i got metal dust caps on my tyres, and now they got hot and stuck!
any ideas on how to remove them, i need to check tyre pressures

I 'v never know them to be siezed on. Perhaps you should spray them with wd40 first -
