Could someone tell me the correct coolant engine running temperature?

As the engine warms up from cold it depends which thermostat you have fitted. Either 82 C or 88 C normally. Then as you continue to drive the coolant will get a bit hotter around the 90/92 C mark. This is the coolant temperature as measured at the thermostat housing.
