Cream Convertible in Spencers Wood area

Seen a very nice cream convetible or tourer a couple of times going through the village - I would very much like to make contact with the owner.

I'd suggest the most effective way of doing that would be to post in a farcebook group which serves the local community.
The majority of villages seem to have them, having seen them spring up during the Pandemic as a way to share information.
