Pickup Interiors

My ‘59 pickup is completely covered in black vinyl inside. It’s too dark. I have Russell Harvey’s Light Commercials book but there’s not much mention about interiors. I would assume LCVs were pretty spartan? I seem to remember something about wooden mats? Did pickups have parcel trays, headliners, rear bulkhead lining?

The replacement black seats will remain for now but I’m thinking of changing the black carpet to grey or light green as well as replacing the other black vinyl to match.

Im guessing that kits for pickups are rare. What would be the next best fit, sedan or four door?

Series V models ——— headlining, parcel tray/shelf, rubber mats, plastic covered felt insulation behind the bulkhead.
Cannot confirm ‘59 models, doubt much difference.
