Fitting seal between cab and back roof traveller

Post by Propshaft »

Ready to fit the roof all the woodwork fixed . I believe originally the foremost rear roof spar is fixed to the ally top using nails if you do this how do you fix that spar to the frame do you just use tiger seal to fix the roof to the spar Also to get the rubber seal around the contours of the roof especially at the sides do yo just cut the rubber seal. And lastly how do you finish the ends Thanks for looking

You wont be able to fit the two vertical woodscrews each side if the rail has already been nailed to the roof aly panel.

Theres a steel angle bracket each side that bolts to the 'front roof spar' then fixes to the rest of the frame with woodscrews. Part number is AFA544 and AFA545 which are shown on drawing No. AFA859 in the traveller timber factory drawings
