My elderly Toyota 5-speed conversion has a slipping clutch. I have no record of the parts fitted during the conversion, but reading the relevant posts on this forum, it seems that I need a Toyota Carina driven plate (190mm diameter, 132mm centre,21spline) and a 1098 Spridget clutch cover to fix this problem.
Could anyone please confirm that I have understood correctly, or tell me what I should be looking for. I believe the car has a modified 1098 engine.

I don’t know how helpful this will be, but I have a Toyota box in an Austin Healey. It has a Toyota driven (friction) plate and the Austin Healey pressure plate, so much as you describe.
When I had a similar problem to yourself, I took the part number off the driven plate (friction) and took that to the Toyota dealer parts dept. They were able to find the part and order the new one.
I’m sure others on the forum can guide you concerning Midget pressure plate, but that sounds more than feasible to me.
