Rear brake bleed nipples
Just finished renewing all the brake pipes plus cylinders etc having trouble trying to stop both rear bleed nipples from weeping I have fitted new brass banjos and new steel bleed nipples I have tightened them as tight as I dare any ideas
Re: Rear brake bleed nipples
If you’ve still got the original nipples, try them, the end taper might be involved.

Re: Rear brake bleed nipples
Are you sure it's coming from the bleed nipple and not from the washers (different sizes) either side of the banjo? You should use new copper washers or anneal them when they are disturbed. Agree also that the nipple must have the right shape at the end to fit the seat and make a seal.
