Re: Oil seal
As you have the original Mr Grumpy's kit the hub seal is a standard Morris Marina item.
The top hat spacer makes up the difference in the size of the inner bearing and hub seal.
Here is a link to one or more seals on 'e' bay.

Re: Oil seal
Well done.
Just to confirm what I said above - I have just tried a NOS standard Marina/Ital front hub seal on a NOS Mr Grumpy's top hat spacer and the standard Marina/Ital seal fits perfectly.

Re: Oil seal
I am not aware of anyone currently making the 'top hat' spacer.
They are currently out of stock at ESM and personally I do not see them coming back as there now must be a very limited market for the original Mr Grumpy Marina Ital brake conversion as ESM are producing a hub that does not require the spacer.
If you need a spacer I think that you are going to have to make one.
The lack of availability was one of the reasons I bought 4 spacers some time back. Even though I have Marina/Ital stub axles fitted I still need the spacer with the bearing support part removed to accommodate the Marina/Ital hub seal. The Minor oil seal seat is of a smaller diameter.
If you have machining facilities the fitting of Marina stub axles is a good move. The dimensions of the swivel in the area of the stub axle is the same for Minor, Marina and Ital so it isn't going to fall to pieces by fitting the larger diameter Marina/Ital stub axle. You then have the benefit of being able to use standard Marina/Ital wheel bearings.
