I do find that my car sometimes "sweats" when in the garage. This usually happens when the car itself is colder than the surrounding air and then water vapour condenses on the car. Then as the garage warms up with the sun this condensation evaporates back into the air and the cycle repeats.

Just to illustrate that point, I've just been out to the garage, and as I expected with the significantly warmer temperatures today.. ...
It'll be fine in a day or two when the temps have equalled out.

Apparently cat litter is good to leave in the car to absorb excess moisture (according to BlindManMorris). I’m sure most of you on here will know that trick… but as a novice that was news to me!

I think I’ll look out for a piece of carpet, maybe I’ll find a remnant, I’ll measure the van length and width plus I bit.

According to AI, if you ever spill any cat litter, you can easily neutralise it with feline faeces and urine.

Thankyou Keith, Doris is warm and dry in my garage but like you I have a TF outside that gathers moisture and I realise its a first world problem but moisture gathers inside the rear screen in pints.
Looking forward to trying that.
