Enamel blushed when drying

Using alkyd enemal for color coat over a cured enamel primer base, the color coat blushed i'd estimate 80% of the coverage, looks good on the 20% that cured normally.
Definitely not going to strip if all off and do over. Need ideas for fixing the blush.

I see you are in the USA and as that is such a big country I have no idea of your weather at the moment. If you were in the UK I'd say it is getting too cold and the humidity is too high for successful painting jobs unless in a climate-controlled environment.

The usual cause of blushing is moisture trapped in the paint due to the humidity being too high. If the paint is not dry you could try to warm things up. How long did you leave between primer and top coat? Primers can take up moisture if left too long,

Central Florida; used the first available day when the temps were cooler. Humidity was supposed to be low but I DID spray up into dusk when the temps were falling. Going to let it gas out for a couple of weeks before messing with it.
