time stamp

Post by gcook »

Is there a reason why the site clock is an hour adrift?

It’s GMT and we are currently BST (GMT+1)

If it bothers you, go to "user control panel" by clicking on your avatar on the right of the screen underneath the search box. Then choose "board preferences" and change the timezone to UTC +1 in the dropdown box. You would have to change this manually back to UTC when the clocks change back.

ISTR a 1970's TV sketch where, at the breakfast table, Eric Idle said that to Carol Cleveland.
Her response was amusing, but these days probably not quotable here.
