In line fuse location?

Apparently, on my '69 van, I have an in line fuse which covers the side lights and panel lights.
Whilst playing with the panel light switch today I have probably blown this fuse as I now have nothing
in the way of lights either on the dash or outside.
The headlights are fine but I don't think these are fused.
Before I start my search I was wondering if anyone could give me a clue where the fuse is located please.
I didn't want to start ripping out glove boxes if it's not needed.

Have a look near the relay box in the engine compartment, that's where it's situated on my traveller.

The inline fuse is in a plastic holder near where the loom goes through the bulkhead. To open push inwards and twist. The wires to the inline fuse are red.

Under the bonnet, just below the control box and fuse box near where the loom goes through the bulkhead.
It’s a bayonet push together and twist type inline holder.

Wow, many thanks for all your quick replies.

I've just been out and someone had cable tied it behind the loom and I'd not noticed it before.
Anyway, I only had a 35 amp glass fuse but that has restored everything but I would imagine a
10 amp would be nearer the mark.
The one that was in there had no markings on it but I'll get a few in anyway.

Yes 10 amp.

Glad it's all working.

Some of the wiring behind the dashboard is permanently live as you have found out. It does show the fuse does its job!
