MORRIS MINOR 1000 PASSENGER and DRIVERS DOORS plus BONNET

Post by jagnut66 »

Hi,
Spotted the below on eBay, at first glance it almost looks like they've been freshly painted. So if anyone is looking for replacements to get their car on the road, then this may be the answer.
The seller calls them blue, I suspect this is probably smoke grey but you decide.
Hope this helps someone.
Best wishes,
Mike.

Thanks for flagging Jagnut. The location, Stirling, may put a lot of people off. Not too far up the road for me, but on closer examination of the photos, the doors don't look great. The drivers door looks to have had work - the bottom edge alignment is off and if you zoom in, both doors are blistering. Tidy enough paint job though and may help someone get a car back on the road on a tight budget but I'd be tempted to ask for more photos of the doors before anyone makes a long journey to central Scotland.

The doors are from a 2door car.
As an aside, I wonder why on earth ebay seem to have stopped printing the location of items recently?
Having to click on a map to find out just slows the process down :-(
