Bet Earnest spent more time camped in Clacton than Farage the mirage.

Shackleton spent most of his time in the Antaractic doing rather than blustering. Scott=everyone died. Shackleton=everyone survived.

Agreed. It is probably the single most courageous and skilful act of navigation that is known to man. That is not an exaggeration.
