Old English White
Same as the wheel colour except late Minors originally had silver wheels and early Minors had body colour wheels. Many owners of silver coloured wheel cars (like me) have chosen to use OEW on the wheels.
OEW is WT-3 but a very close match is Rover Arum White and this may be easier to obtain.

Minor sources like ESM have it, but there's plenty around, starting at about £15 a spray can through to more professional 2 part stuff.
