Minilite centres.
To replace my centres do I just measure the circumference of the hole to know what to get. please

Measure the internal diameter across the central hole. For example the centre hole in my Minilite replica wheel(s) (which are the same as you have) has a internal diameter of 63mm.

Easier to measure the diameter D and multiply by Pi to calculate the circumference (if you really ever needed it). 63mm might well be 2 1/2”. Not much difference between the two systems.
