It's such a shame that moggies are not worth much so they get neglected.An easy to wirk on and economical to purchase car you would think they would all be on the road but let go to that extent maybe very hand parts only..Such a waste sitting there and way beyond me.

Way beyond most people and economic repair now. In theory, they can all be repaired but there will be many that are easier and cheaper than this one. The best once can hope for this car is that it lives on in other cars as spares.
