Vibration felt when clutch pedal starts to engage

Hi!
The Traveller is currently our daily drive, but I am becoming concerned about an engine speed vibration that comes through the pedal just as it takes up engagement. As soon as pressure is applied it goes but is felt just at the point the free play is taken up.
Can anyone shed any light on this?

The only thing that comes immediately to mind is the gearbox spigot shaft bearing in the flywheel?

Is that the little phospor bronze one?

The first motion shaft bush in the rear of the crankshaft is and should be an self lubrication oil retention 'Oilite' bush not a phosphor bonze bush.
The 'Oilite' bush should be soaked in engine oil for 24hrs before fitting.

Ok,, well I didn't go near that, at least, I don't think I did ...
the clutch action is not particularly quiet either now, and the noise seems to be allied to this vibration so I think its around the release mechanism somewhere.
I'll live with it for the moment as I have a rear wheel bearing, two front drums and an oil change to do next!
