After over 20 to years of ownership, I have decided the time has come for me to part with 'Agatha'. It has certainly been an up and down experience but my life circumstances have changed and I can no longer spare the time or money required to keep a classic motor.
In summary:
The car has, sadly, been off the road for since 2017, stored on the drive and covered. Prior to this, it ran well and I've spent lots of money on maintenance and some upgrades (unleaded conversion, servo, electronic ignition).
It was recently taken to a local garage on a flatbed for an estimate of its condition. There is, unsurprisingly, quite a bit of welding needed. They did get the car started using an external fuel line and said it ran well.
Before me, there have been three previous owners and the mileage stands at 112,000 miles. I have all the service history since I bought the car.
Price: The garage valid the car in its current state at £1500, so I'm looking for that figure but am open to realistic offers. I'm more than happy for any potential buyer to come and view it and can answer any questions you may have (either in person or via email - tristanrbilling@gmail.com)
