Re: seatbelts
For my part regarding security, I have etched all the windows with the number plate, a kit is around £25.00 this deters cloners.
I have fitted a battery car disconnect, £10.00 ish and use a disklock £100.00.
The disconnect slows them down, the disklock is a virtually impenetrable Thatcham approved device.
A tracker is ok after the event, by which I mean someone has already broken a window or door lock to get in.
The object is prevention, all the above measures put a tealeaf off.
In my experience anyway.

Re: seatbelts
You can buy seatbelts to fit made by Securon and others for about £50 per side but would probably need to fit them yourself or get a garage to do it. I have not used them yet, but Quickfit come highly recommended for seatbelts. Not the cheapest, but look to be good quality and in keeping with the age of the car and you can choose the webbing colour. https://www.quickfitsbs.com/

Re: seatbelts
A simple tracker will just require 12v on a 2 wire feed.
For a Positive Earth you would just connect the Positive to the Chassis for the Earth, rather than the Negative.
I have a Tracker on mine, one of this style, currently £15 on ebay and a free Sim from Gifgaf. Sim topped up about £10 every 2 years.
You do have to pick the right SIM though, I couldn't get an 'ASDA' or a 'Three' one to work....
But there's lots of different ones out there.

Re: seatbelts
Hazard light kits are usually available from all sorts of places, including Morris Minor specialist David Manners Group (DMG) in Birmingham and East Sussex Minors (ESM) in, er, East Sussex. Other specialist advertise in Minor Matters (the bi-monthly full colour quality magazine for all MMOC members) and another good source of supply is car wiring/accessory suppliers such as Vehicle Wiring Products and Automotive Electrical Supplies. No recommendations, just examples.
If you wan to, it is easy to convert your car from positive earth to negative earth, and we can advise on that.
