Seconded, really excellent, well done Steph!
Well worth looking at if you haven't done so yet.
Incidently, relating back to how far people will take their cars, it is also down to individual enthusiasm as well. There was one lady on the video who travelled up from Reading in her Minor and was then going onto Scotland after the rally. Plus there were others there from Ireland and the Netherlands, etc.....
So come on, no excuses, dust off those cars and attend our national rally, wherever the next one is.
If people from abroad can attend.........
Best wishes,
Mike.
1954 Series 2: 4 door: "Sally" -- Back on the ground with (slave) wheels, now being sprayed by me, slowly......
1970 Triumph Herald 1200: "Hetty" -- Driven back from Llangollen in Wales (twice.....)
1952 Morris Minor MM highlight with sidevalve engine still fitted, wants work, so joins the queue for now......
For those of you who may not have seen it, there's an excellent write up in this weeks Classic Car Weekly - featuring lots of photos and interviews from the rally. Well worth a look and will give you a taste of the rally if you weren't there.
