Excellent service from ESM. Bought an exchange re-conditioned rear shock absorber online which was promptly despatched to my home address. Unit swapped, my old unit was parcelled up and sent back to ESM. As there was a surcharge, I thought my money would take a few days to be returned to me, however, I checked today and there it is! What a service! I have no connection with ESM other than being a satisfied customer. Thank you ESM.

I have been using ESM for a little while and have always been happy with the service.

I received a van petrol tank yesterday instead of the saloon item that I had ordered. Correct tank arrived this morning and the incorrect item was collected this afternoon.

I'm very happy with the way things were dealt with.
