Pickup canvas cover
Looking for advice on where I can purchase a canvas cover for the rear of a Morris Minor Pickup. I am looking for the full cover that fits over the hoops at the back of the pickup. Grateful if you could also give me some indication on the cost of these.
Many thanks in advance.

Comptons 2000 at Birmingham.
Tel. 012162255621.
They cost about £400.
Can I have your old one please?

Unfortunately I don’t have one either.
How are these held in place above the cab, is these a special bracket that needs to be put on? Photos would be ideal if anyone has any to share.

Re: Pickup canvas cover
I don't have any photos but all pick-ups which had the optional tilt cover fitted when new were fitted with the strips of timber over the can roof join. The cover is secured to the timber. So you'll need the timber kit if your vehicle doesn't have it already. You will find your pick-up rather lacking visibility once you fit the full tilt unfortunately. It does make the pick-up less easy to drive I found I preferred a flat cover over the load bay.

Here’s a photo of the wooden attachment and the two ‘hooks’ that the canvas eye rings locate on. Also a photo of the wood fitted to the cab side. There is a rubber gasket that goes under the timber.

Thank you for your replies and for supplying the photos. Is the wooden part still available or would I need to get someone to make one.
Re: Pickup canvas cover
A rare part, I’m sure. You might be lucky and find one from a scrapper but don’t hold your breath. You will need dimensions and a profile to get one made.

Re: Pickup canvas cover
Thanks for posting the Photo Les, when my pickup had a Tilt fitted they used tacks to attach it to the wood. The hooks are much better.
Giovanni see the link below for the wood section.

I've just noticed they also do the Hooks/locating pins.
