Just started reading 'The Dangerous Sort - The story of a balloon by Anthony Smith.
On page 100 is a picture of Minor Panda car shell suspended below the balloon named 'Jambo'.
The film contains a host of famous actors including Peter cook and Dudley Moore..
I have attached a You Tube trailer of the film. The Minor can be seen hanging below the balloon.

If I say the screenplay is by John Antrobus and Spike Milligan then if you're beyond a certain age you know what you're going to get! For a summary of the "plot" look up "The Bed Sitting Room" in Wikipedia - it's much better than it reads.
