Member owners Location

This may have been discussed before if so very sorry
Would it not be a good idea to put members owners Location next to there forum name
eg NETTIE ( Bude Cornwall ) just for reference

It should be possible for Mike/Simon to add it to the User profile if they wish.
Another PHP Bulletin Board I'm in has the options to display

Blog:
LinkedIn:
Industry Sector:
Occupation:
Location:

It's done. Now appearing for everyone who has completed it in their profile. For those who still need to add their location:

Click dropdown next to username in top right.
Click User Control Panel.
Click Profile Tab
Click Edit Profile on the left.

Not a problem, you do not have to use it; and as you can see from your post, you have not completed the field, and so it does not display. You can complete the field with a couple of full stops and so keep your location hidden.
