I fitted some new front brake shoes, and the adjusters were nearly at maximum when adjusted up.
I assumed that the drums were worn, so I bought some new drums from ESM.
After fitting these drums, the adjusters were the same- almost at maximum.
I measured the old drums and they measured exactly 8", the same as the new drums. (should have done this first!)

My advice would be to measure your existing drums, and if they measure 8", don't bother buying new ones, you won't be improving anything.

If you cannot find new brake drums here is a solution
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/165607840195 ... R-78sdrcYA
The drums look to be very good and an upgrade on the 7" brake assys.
