If you have replaced the jets in the last 10 years or so they would have ethanol proof seals anyway, and most of us have all been running on E5 for the last 10 years plus anyway, if you have older jets something to keep an eye on for signs of a leak but I wouldn 't panic.
As for brass seals replacing rubber I would wonder if long term it might damage the seat in the float bowl?
