Looking for a reliable upholstery trimmer in the south east

I am looking to replace the tatty old Ford XR3 seats in my 1960 2 door saloon with a pair of MG Midget Mk 3 seats and want to recover them with maroon leather to match the rest of the interior. The Midget ones are not dissimilar to the original seats but have the benefit of headrests. Can anyone recommend someone to make some covers using the old Midget ones as a pattern? Ideally located not too far from East Sussex.
