My wiper blade has left a streak on my windscreen is there a product that will remove it ,thanks

It appears to be the rubber of the wiper

Best method is a heavy ball and pein hammer, that'll get rid of it... Sorry :D Acetone (Nail Varnish remover or Hammerite thinners) will shift it, I reckon.

Thanks for the witty reply Andrew,I will try what you suggest looking at it more closely perhaps grit has got under the wipers and left small scratches,I will have to get it checked.
