I am fiddling with a differential. I want to drift out the pin that holds the shaft that the planet gears spin on. The 'exit' hole of the pin is peined over, and the hole that the punch goes through seems to only be about 2mm diameter.
What is the procedure to get the pin out? How do you 'un pein' the hole? The diff is from a midget.
Sorry; I know diffs have been covered at length before.
Thanks, John.

Re: planet gears
John,
Use a small drill bit in a battery drill and then drive the pin out.
