Timing Cover Oil Seal Dimensions

Have looked on the internet, but cannot find a definitive answer to the dimensions of the 'lip' type timing cover oil seal.

Does anyone know them please?

The one I have in front of me is stamped 1.562/2.315 and 0.315/0.375 and has the number 10401.
