Re: Nice V8 Hot Rod minor on Ebay
The red 4.2 one that was just pulled again was previously listed by a chap on IoW a fortnight ago but was pulled before the auction completed. Seemingly one no-one on the 'other side' knew about either. Sadly out my budget or it would be on my drive already. The bronze 4.6 was sold earlier this year on ebay and is a better known car.
Good home offered for custom splittie

if the bronze one is 462 gta , then it's back on e bay , the only thing I noticed was it had a steering lock / krook lock but the steering wheel was quick release,
e bay no is 142164970811 , no bids yet .

A friend (American living here) has just sold his mustang - after 2 weeks of ownership. He described it as a slightly faster Ford Escort (he wasn't complimentary), so he's back to a Dodge Ram again.
To be fair, the Mustang convertible (4.6 V8) was in very good nick and he sold it immediately he placed the advert.

Re: Nice V8 Hot Rod minor on Ebay
It's getting harder to be different these days. I looked at a 1949 Packard coupe a few weeks ago, but decided it wasn't for me, just too barge like. I've a notion for a Rover P4, but will wait till spring to see whats out there - wife doesn't like them though as we had one back in 1976 and she said it was too heavy.
