hi all i want to have a go at spraying .i have rubbed most of the body
down filled all the holes.my mate has got a compreser and spray gun.
ready to go.what under coat do i use it is light blue.do ihave to take out
all the windows.or just mask them of.how many coats ? next the drivers seat does not fit flush to the floor.on the back legs one does but
the other side is of what could it be thanks terry
Try swapping the seats around to see if the passenger one does the same when it's on that side. If so, then the floor could be bent, if not, then the driver's seat frame is either warped or damaged in some way.
Happy Minoring!

Yea - dellboy, I'd recommend spraying your primer as its great pratice and easy to do.
Avenger, don't spare too much on the qty of primer - I've actually gone thru 2½ 4ltr cans of Primer/filler but then I have been painting lots of extra panels and also putting panels in primer while I get around to working them which means they need more primer later.
For my top coat I have 4ltrs of Acrylic Lacquer, but since I'm doing a full repaint (inside, outside, engine bay, ute deck etc) I'll most likely need another 2ltrs.
