Redrilling marina hubs

Does anyone here have someone in mind who could redrill some standard Marina hubs for a LARGER PCD? I'm after 4.5 inch and 7/16 studs, if possible. I can get new hubs at 4 inch or old ones at 3.75 but the Marina van 4.5 ones are NLA.
