Apols for delay, took ages to look through GPO engine lists.....199054 fitted to 11/65 Engineers van.
Originally fitted with a 9MUH, re-engined with a c11/65 1098cc
O = O series 1/4 ton (Q in GPO speak)
F = pickup
B = Grey
2 = RHD Export
Built at Cowley 2/60 - not Abingdon.
Cab code Z27253 C6**** - would need this number to confirm age.

yes, from the log books I have it was registered in South Africa originally. Now in Zimbabwe
