Does anyone know the part numbers/donor car(s) for the bushes fitted to the rear radius arm bushes for a CS Autoclassics/Morris Minor Centre Series III rear suspension upgrade?
The forward bush (fits to bracket on underside of car) is 42mm long while the outer diameter of the bush housing is 33mm. The rear bush (axle bracket) is 44mm long and the outer diameter of the bush housing is 45mm.
I think both are metalastic bushes, with the rubber bonded to steel inner and outer tube.
Thanks all!

Re: Series III radius arm bushes
As regards measurements you need to know the I.D.s of the bush housings. The O.D. has little bearing on the actual bush size.
You may have to press a bush out to determine actual size.
Most Metalastic bushes have the part number embossed on the ends.
I have a copy of the CS Auto Classics Technical Parts Manual for the Minor Plus Series (3) 4 chassis.
The CS Auto Classics Pt No: for the radius arm bush LARGE is Pt No: 305301 and the radius arm bush SMALL is Pt No: 305201.
The part numbers are unique to CS Auto Classics.
Unfortunately even though I have several articles/documents relating to the Ser3 / Ser4 conversions including a photo of the rear axle set up with radius arms they do not give a manufactures part number.
In the mean time have a word with Chris Street contact details contained in the attached link:-

Thanks Phil - I'd not been able to contact Chris to source replacements or get the numbers, so I thought I'd post a plea on the messageboard in the meantime!

I would suggest that you press out a large and a small bush then measure the I.D. of both bush housings, the I.D. of the central bolt holes, the overall lengths required and then armed with those details approach :-

There are size tables for Metalastic bushes within the attached link to make identification easier complete with part numbers.
I am certain that once you have identified the bushes required (with part number) they will be able to help you.

Re: Series III radius arm bushes
Thanks Phil, that's great.
I was hoping to have the new bushes to hand when I removed the old ones, to minimise the time the car was off the road, but I guess this is the only way to sort it.
And it's good to have the contact of Robush for the future - my car has been running Metalastic bushes in the front eyebolts since 1990. They're still sound but it's good to know I should be able to source replacements easily.

Re: Series III radius arm bushes
It is my intention to replace the rear spring bushes which are currently a mixture of rubber and hard plastic with Metalastic bushes using the same Metalastic bush as can be used in the front suspension eye bush adjusted in length as appropriate.
