Depends on the age of the car/type of sunvisors but if you have a late car with just one screw and a plastic clip at the other end then the one screw is a chrome plated self tapping screw which screws into a speed nut. The screw is countersunk but with a domed head and specific for that purpose. A phone/email around some of the more knowledgeable parts specialists should find you some I'd have thought? I can't think of anywhere else on the car that the same screw is used oddly enough.

ESM sell these, but a small self-tapper should do the job: http://www.morrisminorspares.com/body-i ... or-p828832

It depends on whether you want it to look "right" or simply hold the sunvisor in place. The one pictured is not chrome plated OR a domed head screw. If you want the car to look as original it should be both . That might take a little more searching.
