Where the handbrake cable goes through the floor

Post by culp »

I'm sorry if this has been answered in a previous thread., I tried searching but couldn't find anything.

I've just had to replace the handbrake cables on my 1970 Traveller.

I needed to take off the four plates that guide the cable through the floor and needless to say the machine screws and nuts were rusted solid and were a fiend to get off.

Does anyone know the proper size of the screws and nuts so I can order some replacements?

Thanks

Alan

Just use anything suitable - brass would last longer!
