Hooray, my Morris passed it's mot this morning for the first time in two years or so. The mot man said it was a cracking little car & didn't even give any advisories.
I'm thrilled to bits & hopefully can get some miles under her belt now whilst doing some other tidying up jobs as we go along.
Hurrah! Another one, here - Phyllis passed her MoT this afternoon after my pacing the waiting room like an expectant father for the best part of an hour.
Not bad considering he was going to fail her because he couldn't get the main beams to come on. Couldn't find the dipswitch...
Happy Minoring!

Yay, a good day for mot's all round then. I've done 50 miles in it today already with some trepidation.
Might be brave enough to try taking it on a 70 mile round trip to Thoresby classic car show tomorrow.
i never made it to Thorsby , i woke the car up after its winter hibination, it started second turn on the key, [not a bad battery], but when checking i noticed master cylinder was a bit low so topped it up, it would be stupid not to check the wheel cylinders for leaks and low and behold the back off side cylinder had leaked onto the shoes.A new best quality one will be fitted along with the shoes
That's bad news. But if today was anything like Sunday you didn't miss anything. I've been the last few years on the Monday & it's been really good, lots to see and a decent autojumble. But on Sunday the turnout of cars was very disappointing & most of what was there was modern Japanese stuff along with about three autojumble stalls. We weren't there long.
