Tracking down a car

Post by David Owen »

Does anybody know if a Morris Traveller registration KWN 689 still exists? It was black and spent much of its life in the South Wales area. My Father bought it when I was 2 and had it for a number of years.
It would be fantastic to know if it still exists.
Many thanks

Try the dvla vehicle enquiry site that'll tell you if its still registered if it is try ASkmid the motor insurance database website that will tell you if its currently insured BY THE WAY you're only allowed to search for your own car on Askmid cough cough if you get my meaning nudge wink.

It does look as though its gone to the BMC dealers in the sky although it is of course possible that its been stuck in a shed for so long that its not on.the database or that some git has nicked the number to hide the age of there decrepit old Mercedes and its still bounding about the highways on another plate.

I use Fordpartsgateway - type in reg and see what happens...
Further investigations uncovered it was an inside job!!
