Sill finisher

Post by stag36587 »

Hi
I wonder if someone would be kind enough to measure the depth of their sill finishers for me? I have a feeling the new replacements are a few mm too deep which will be a pain because they have a folded over edge.

Many thanks

I bought replacements and they weren't a very good fit.
I ended up making a pair from 2mm steel, each one was made in 2 pieces with an inner and an outer welded together along the top edge.
Lot of work, but they fitted a treat!

Thanks Alan - I may well end up making new ones. The replacement parts just seem too deep.
