HI all, I'm about to go to my first local group meet this evening and was just scribbling down my MMOC number to take with me when a thought occurred. I joined some 4 weeks ago yet aside from a phone call with my membership number - arranged kindly by LouiseM of this parish - I have had approximately zero contact from the MMOC, despite being promised on the phone that though it was 2 weeks late it would all be with me within a few days. Nothing as yet 2 weeks later.
I have to say that I am known for my patience, but sweet sod all after 4 weeks is very disappointing.
MMOC - Problems? - just me?

As I said in my post Steve, I spoke to someone 2 weeks ago on the phone and was told it would all be with me in a few days. Still nowt.

My renewal cards did not arrive, but a quick call to Liz at Derby & the replacements arrived a couple of days later, very pleased with the quick & efficient service provided.
