Having looked at the photos I would suggest that the head is a 850/998cc Mini/Metro.
The rockers are standard pressed steel ones used on all engine post forged rockers and pre sintered rockers.

It's much earlier than that - no thermometer opening - which Mini/Metro heads have. 803 or 948 Minor head.

The casting numbers 2A628, 12A1458, 2A269 which should appear on the head of a 803cc, 850cc, 948cc do not appear to be there though there is a 2A ***** cast into the block.
