From memory of previous posts I "think" it's the medium size Disklok that fits the standard Minor steering wheel.

i use a large - it is a pretty loose fit, but you can't remove it from the steering wheel and they'd certainly not be able to drive round any corners with it on!

It's definitely the large Disclok that fits, I've tried both and the medium is too small

Back in the 80's I'd remove certain easily accessible component and stick in my pocket. Mainly because the door lock could be opened with any flat bladed object! When I finally find the Minor I'm seeking, I will go more high tech. And still remove that same component.

My worry is that our cars are most at risk from professional classic car thieves and that said thieves will be able to get around every security measure we throw at them. Although I'm not sure what you can do about that.

A system that fills the car with pepper spray while the thief is driving would be my preferred method.
